- Do my customers need to download an app?
- No. Their car wash loyalty card arrives by email and opens in any phone browser. There is nothing to install and no password to remember.
- How does the digital stamp card work?
- Staff scan the QR code on the customer’s card at the till. Each paid wash adds a stamp, and once five are collected the next wash is free. You can change how many washes earn a reward.
- How much does it cost?
- One payment of £99 a year per car wash, paid by card through SumUp when you sign up. There are no per-customer fees and no setup charge.
- What equipment do I need?
- Any phone or tablet with a camera and a web browser. There is no card reader, printer or till integration to buy.
- What if a customer loses the email?
- Staff can find the customer by name, email or registration and send their card link again. Their stamps are stored with us, not on the phone, so nothing is lost.
- Can other car washes see my customers?
