Car wash loyalty software
Loyalty software built for the way car washes work
iGo2Wash replaces paper stamp cards with a digital card your customers keep in their email. Staff scan it on the phone or tablet you already have, the free wash is counted automatically, and you can see who keeps coming back.
From first visit to free wash
The whole loyalty programme runs through four steps your team already knows: take the customer's details once, then scan at every visit.
Add the customer
Type their email address, and if you like their name and car registration. Their card is emailed straight away, and the first wash can be stamped in the same step.
Customers can also sign themselves up by scanning your printed join QR code. You approve each request before anyone is added.
Scan at every wash
Staff open the scanner on any phone or tablet and point the camera at the QR code on the customer’s card. If a camera will not cooperate, they can search by name, email or registration instead.
Rewards count themselves
Every paid wash adds a stamp. When a customer reaches your target, their card and the scanner both show the free wash, so nobody has to keep count or remember.
Redeem and move on
Staff confirm before a free wash is used. If a wash was recorded by mistake, a manager reverses it and the history is kept, so the record of what each customer earned stays honest.
Made for the three people at the car wash
Owners, staff and customers each get the part of the product they need, and nothing they don't.
For you, the owner
A dashboard with today’s washes, your number of loyalty customers, new customers today, free washes redeemed and recent activity.
Set your loyalty rule, your list of services and your branding in Settings. Add your logo by pasting a link to it, and pick a card colour.
For your staff
Invite staff by email, as many as you need, and give each person a role. Staff add customers, scan cards, record washes and redeem rewards. Managers can also manage staff, correct mistakes and change the loyalty rule. Only owners see business and billing settings.
The scanner is a web page, so there is nothing to install on a work phone or a personal one.
For your customers
A card that opens from an email link in any phone browser, with no app, password or account. It shows your name and logo, their stamps, their QR code and their car registration if you added it.
You can add links to your Facebook page and your Google reviews, which appear on every card.
Rewards you control
Choose how many paid washes earn a free one, anywhere from 1 to 50. Most car washes use five, so the sixth wash is free. Name the reward the way you want it to appear on the card, and decide whether free washes expire after a set number of days or never.
If you change the rule, customers keep the stamps they have already earned. You can also pause the programme for new customers while keeping every existing reward valid.
Customer data handled properly
Your customers are yours
Each car wash sees only its own customers. There is no search across businesses, and that is enforced on the server rather than just hidden in the interface.
Marketing stays separate
Loyalty emails are service messages. Promotional emails need a separate opt-in that is never pre-ticked, and every consent decision is recorded with a timestamp.
Stamps nobody can fake
The card link and QR code carry a long random code, never the customer’s email address. The stamp count lives on our server, and only a signed-in member of staff can add a wash.
Good to know before you sign up
iGo2Wash does one job: rewarding repeat visits. So you can judge whether it fits, here is what it does not do.
- It does not take payments or connect to your till. Staff record each wash on the scanner.
- It does not send text messages. Everything goes to customers by email.
- It is not an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. The card is a web page customers can bookmark or add to their home screen.
- It needs a person to scan the card, so it is not designed for unattended wash bays.
- It rewards visits with a free wash. It does not run points, tiers or cashback.
- There is no free trial, but the demo shows exactly how the dashboard and card look.
What it costs
£99 a year per car wash, paid by card through SumUp when you sign up. That covers unlimited loyalty customers, unlimited staff accounts and everything on this page, with no per-customer fees and no setup charge.
Questions about the software
- Can staff use their own phones?
- Yes. The scanner runs in the web browser, so any phone or tablet with a camera works. Each person signs in with their own staff account.
- How do customers join?
- Either a member of staff adds their email address at the till, or the customer scans your join QR code and sends a request that staff approve. Both routes email the card.
- Do customers need an account or a password?
- No. The card opens from the link in their email. If they lose it, staff can find them by name, email or registration and send it again.
- Can I see it before paying?
- Yes. The demo on our homepage is built from the same screens your staff and customers use, filled with sample data.
