The price includes the whole product: the digital stamp card, the scanner, the dashboard, and unlimited customers and staff accounts.
How payment works
Pay once for the year
When you create your account, you pay for your first 12 months by card on SumUp’s secure payment page. We never see or store your card details.
Nothing renews automatically
Your dashboard reminds you in the final week of your year. Renewing is a separate, one-off payment that you choose to make.
If you do not renew
Access to the dashboard pauses when the year ends. Your customers, their stamps and their history are kept, ready for when you renew.
No trial, no surprises
There is no free trial. The price shown is what you pay for the year, with no per-customer fees and no setup charge.
How to get started
Most of setup is choosing your loyalty rule. Everything can be changed later in Settings.

Create your account
Enter your name, email address, mobile number and your car wash’s name. Address and website are optional.

Pay for your first year
Pay by card on SumUp’s secure page, then come straight back to set up.

Set up your car wash
Add your logo and card colour, set your loyalty rule and invite your staff.

Add your customers
Add customers at the till with their email address, or print your join QR code so they can sign up themselves.

Scan at every wash
Scan the customer’s card on any phone or tablet and record the wash. The free wash is counted for you.
What you need
- A phone or tablet with a camera and an up-to-date web browser for each person scanning.
- An internet connection at the till.
- An email address for each customer you add.
- Optional: a printer for your join QR code poster.
- Nothing to install: no card reader, till integration or app.
Pricing questions
- Is the price per car wash?
- Yes. £99 covers one car wash site for a year, with its own customers, staff and loyalty programme. If you run several sites, email support@igo2wash.com before you sign up and we will talk you through it.
- Are there any extra fees?
- No. There are no per-customer fees, no charge for staff accounts and no setup charge.
- Is there a contract or a monthly payment?
- No. You pay once for 12 months. Renewing is up to you, and nothing is charged automatically.
- Can I try it before I pay?
- There is no free trial, but the demo on our homepage shows the dashboard and the customer’s card, built from the same screens and filled with sample data.
