iGo2Wash provides loyalty card software for car washes. You use it to enrol your own customers, record their washes and reward them. We provide the software; you run the loyalty programme and decide what it offers.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for what the staff accounts you create do. Give staff the lowest role that lets them do their job - staff accounts can scan cards and record washes, but cannot change your business settings.

The customer records you create are yours. You decide what to collect and why. You agree to obtain marketing consent properly, to keep it separate from loyalty enrolment, and to honour withdrawals. iGo2Wash gives you the tools to do this and records every consent decision with a timestamp.

We will not sell your customer data, use it to market to your customers ourselves, or share it with other businesses using iGo2Wash.

Free washes earned through your programme are a commitment between you and your customer. If you change the number of paid washes required, customers keep the progress they have already earned.

The package you choose is paid for when you sign up, by card through SumUp, and covers the next 12 months — from £99. When the 12 months end, access to the dashboard pauses until you renew; your customers and their loyalty history are kept. Renewing for another 12 months is a separate, one-off payment you choose to make - nothing is charged automatically.

We work to keep iGo2Wash available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If our email provider is temporarily unavailable, washes are still recorded and card links catch up afterwards - your loyalty records are never lost because of a third-party outage.

You can stop using iGo2Wash at any time and request an export of your customer and wash records. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that harms other users, and will tell you why.
